2024年２月6日～２月８日、東京ビッグサイトで開催された第３５回グルメ＆ダイニングスタイルショー春２０２４に群馬県商工会連合会のブースに妙義商工会員として出展してきました。
期間中、NTVヒルナンデスのアシスタントデｲレクターから取材を打診されました。
展示会に出展されている新商品の展示会でヒット商品を探し、主婦が使ってよかったグルメ部門の中から商品を選ぶ企画の対象商品として３点の中に選ばれました。
２月２７日、NTVヒルナンデスの番組の中で主婦の皆様３名が夫々持ち点５点で評価されていました。最高点は１５点です。有限会社せいの粉末みそギフトセット（新物：ORIGINAL、熟成：AGED、有機粉みそ２倍糀：KOJI SWEET、花豆粉末みそ：MILD）を食された皆様の評価は、
審査をして頂いた皆様の得点は、４点、５点、４.５点 総合得点１３．５点／１５点 と高評価を頂き、第１位に選出して頂きました。

Notice and Apology
From February 6 to 8, we exhibited at the 35th Gourmet & Dining Style Show Spring 2024 held at Tokyo Big Sight as a member of Myogi Commerce and Industry in
the booth of the Gunma Federation of Commerce and Industry.
During that period, we were approached by an assistant director of NTV Hernandez for an interview.
We were selected as one of three products for a project to find hit products at an exhibition of new products exhibited at the show and to select products from
the gourmet category that housewives were happy to use.
On February 27, three housewives were asked to rate the product on NTV's " Hirunandesu " program, each giving the product a score of 5 points. The highest score
was 15 points. What was the evaluation of those who tasted the powdered miso gift set (new: ORIGINAL, aged: AGED, organic powdered miso with double malt: KOJI SWEET, and powdered soybean
paste: MILD) from Say Inc.,
Each score was 4, 5, and 4.5 points. The overall score of 13.5/15 points was the first place of high evaluation.

Powdered miso is completed by drying fresh miso over a while (approximately one month). There is a limit to the weight that can be dried at one time.
We offer products that are kosher-certified and organic processing-certified.
Kosher certification is a contractual agreement that does not allow outsourcing or hiring temporary workers.
All work must be performed under the contract.
